Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://www.snapnstick.com and the services offered by Snap'N'Stick ("Snap'N'Stick," "we," "us"). By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

When you book an event, a separate written service agreement (your event contract) sets the specific terms, pricing, and policies for that booking. If anything here conflicts with your signed contract, your contract controls.

Our services

We provide photo booth rentals and live, on-site keepsake printing (such as magnets, keychains, and stickers) for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other celebrations across Michigan. Every package includes a professional attendant, setup, and breakdown.

Booking, deposits & payment

• A deposit is required to reserve your date; your date is not held until the deposit is received.
• The remaining balance is due before your event, as stated in your service agreement.
• Bookings and payments are handled through our booking provider, Check Cherry.
• Prices quoted are valid as described at the time of quoting; any travel fee is disclosed before you book.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any non-refundable deposit, are set out in your signed service agreement. Please review it carefully and reach out to us as early as possible if your plans change — we'll always try to help.

Photos, likeness & galleries

Guests who use the booth may be photographed, and those images are used to deliver your prints, keepsakes, and event gallery. We use event photos in our marketing or portfolio only with permission as described in your agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details and timely responses so we can prepare properly.
• Ensure a suitable space (typically about 10×10 ft), access to a standard power outlet, and safe, reasonable working conditions for our team and equipment.
• Obtain any venue permissions required for our setup.

Liability

We provide our services with professional care and carry liability insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, power failures, or events of force majeure.

The content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Snap'N'Stick or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
