This Privacy Policy explains how Snap'N'Stick ("Snap'N'Stick," "we," "us") handles information when you visit https://www.snapnstick.com or book our photo booth and live keepsake services. We're a photo booth and keepsake company based in Canton, Michigan, serving Metro Detroit and across the state.

Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and event details (date, venue, guest count, and preferences) when you submit an inquiry or booking request. Our inquiry and booking forms are hosted by our booking provider, Check Cherry.
- Payment information: deposits and payments are processed by Check Cherry and its payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our site.
- Event photos and media: at events, guests may choose to take photos, which are printed on-site and shared through a private event gallery. These are handled according to your event agreement.
- Automatically collected data: basic analytics such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- Respond to your inquiries and send pricing and availability.
- Provide, schedule, and deliver our services, and process bookings and payments.
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
- Send service-related messages about your booking.
- Marketing — including using event photos in our portfolio or on social media — only with your permission.

Our website and services are intended for adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.
