How far in advance should I book?+
Popular dates — especially Saturdays in wedding season — book months ahead. We recommend reserving as early as possible. If your date is soon, reach out and we'll check availability right away.
Is a deposit required to book?+
Yes, a deposit holds your date and the balance is due before the event. You can book and pay securely online through our booking system.
What areas do you serve?+
We're based in Metro Detroit and serve all of Southeast Michigan — Detroit, Troy, Birmingham, Dearborn, Ann Arbor — plus Grand Rapids and Lansing. Travel beyond 15 miles may include a small fee, always quoted upfront.
Do you charge travel fees?+
Events within 15 miles of Metro Detroit have no travel fee. Beyond that, a transparent travel fee is quoted before you book — never a surprise.
Which booths do you offer?+
Three: the Open Air Booth (modern, great for big groups), the Magic Mirror (full-length, interactive, glam), and the Vintage Booth (warm wooden-look with classic strip prints).
How much space do you need?+
Plan for about a 10×10 ft area with access to a standard power outlet. We can adapt to tighter spaces — just let us know your venue.
How long does setup take?+
We arrive early and handle full setup and breakdown ourselves — it doesn't count against your rental time. Setup typically takes 45–60 minutes.
Is an attendant included?+
Always. Every package includes a professional on-site attendant who runs the booth, helps guests, and keeps things flowing.
How much is a photo booth rental?+
Booths start at $299 for the Digital package (2 hours, unlimited photos, instant sharing). Add unlimited prints with Classic, or go all-in with Ultimate (3 hours, red carpet, scrapbook station, and USB drive). Every package includes your choice of any backdrop.
What's the difference between Digital, Classic, and Ultimate?+
Digital is unlimited photos shared digitally — no prints. Classic adds unlimited prints in hand. Ultimate adds red carpet & stanchions, a scrapbook station, a USB drive, and runs 3 hours. All packages include any backdrop of your choice.
Can I add live magnets or keychains?+
Yes — that's our signature. Add up to 100, 150, or 250 keepsakes to any package with prints (Classic or Ultimate), and we bring our Instant Memory Bar to print and handcraft them live. Choose one style for your event — a magnet (2×2 square, 2.25" round, or 4×6 photo) or a wearable (round keychain, leather keychain, or button).
Can I add extra hours?+
Absolutely. Extra hours are priced per booth and package, from $100/hour — just add the time you need when you book.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. Every price is listed up front — attendant, setup, and breakdown are always included. Any travel fee is quoted before you book.
What is the Instant Memory Bar?+
It's our live keepsake station. Guests scan a QR code, upload a photo, and we print and craft it into a custom magnet or keychain on-site — packed favor-ready for them to take home.
Do guests get their keepsake the same day?+
Yes — everything is printed and crafted live at your event. Guests pick up their finished keepsake from the pickup station within minutes.
Can the Memory Bar be booked without a booth?+
Yes. The Instant Memory Bar is available on its own from $349 for magnet-only celebrations, or as a keepsake add-on to any photo booth package.
Is the Memory Bar a good photo booth alternative for weddings?+
It's the best of both. You get the fun of a live photo experience AND a keepsake guests actually keep — instead of a paper strip that ends up in the trash, every guest leaves with a custom magnet or keychain. Many Michigan couples book it as their photo booth alternative or pair it with a booth.
What are unique wedding favors guests actually keep?+
Custom photo magnets and keychains top the list — they're personal, useful, and land on the fridge instead of the trash. Our Instant Memory Bar makes them live at your event, so one thing works as both entertainment and a favor. They're a favorite for weddings, quinceañeras, and corporate events across Metro Detroit.
How do guests get their photos?+
Instantly — by text, QR code, or email right at the booth. You also receive a private online gallery of every photo from the event.
Can I customize the photo template or magnet design?+
Every package includes a custom design — your names, date, event theme, or branding. We handle the design and share a proof before your event.
Do you offer GIFs and boomerangs?+
Yes, every package includes GIF and boomerang modes, plus fun props to keep guests entertained.
