Do you travel to Detroit Metro for events?+
Yes — Detroit Metro and the surrounding area (Troy, Birmingham, Royal Oak) are part of our regular service area. Setup, a professional attendant, and breakdown are always included, and any travel fee is quoted up front with your date so there are no surprises.
Which Detroit Metro venues do you cover?+
We bring our booths and the Instant Memory Bar to venues across Detroit Metro, including The Masonic Temple, Belle Isle, The Jam Handy, Detroit waterfront venues. Booked somewhere else? We load in and set up at any venue — just share the details when you reserve.
How far in advance should I book?+
Popular dates — especially Saturdays in wedding season — book months ahead. We recommend reserving as early as possible. If your date is soon, reach out and we'll check availability right away.
Is a deposit required to book?+
Yes, a deposit holds your date and the balance is due before the event. You can book and pay securely online through our booking system.
What areas do you serve?+
We're based in Metro Detroit and serve all of Southeast Michigan — Detroit, Troy, Birmingham, Dearborn, Ann Arbor — plus Grand Rapids and Lansing. Travel beyond 15 miles may include a small fee, always quoted upfront.
Do you charge travel fees?+
Events within 15 miles of Metro Detroit have no travel fee. Beyond that, a transparent travel fee is quoted before you book — never a surprise.
How much is a photo booth rental?+
Booths start at $299 for the Digital package (2 hours, unlimited photos, instant sharing). Add unlimited prints with Classic, or go all-in with Ultimate (3 hours, red carpet, scrapbook station, and USB drive). Every package includes your choice of any backdrop.
What's the difference between Digital, Classic, and Ultimate?+
Digital is unlimited photos shared digitally — no prints. Classic adds unlimited prints in hand. Ultimate adds red carpet & stanchions, a scrapbook station, a USB drive, and runs 3 hours. All packages include any backdrop of your choice.
