How far in advance do we need to book for a corporate event?
We recommend 4–8 weeks minimum, and 3–6 months for large-scale events or peak seasons (November–January for holiday parties).
Can you provide insurance certificates for our venue?
Yes. We can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) upon request for venues or corporate clients who require it.
Can we have our logo on the photo overlay?
Absolutely — every package includes a custom branded overlay. Provide your logo, brand colors, and any text, and we'll create an overlay that perfectly represents your brand.
What size space do you need at a venue or trade show?
We can work with as little as an 8×8-foot footprint, though 10×10 is ideal. We need access to a standard electrical outlet and about 60–90 minutes for setup.
Do you offer contracts for corporate clients?
Yes. All bookings are confirmed with a formal contract and deposit.
